Catriona

This is a 3 twin/double bedroom house with lots of character. It was part of the old steading and rebuilding started in 1997. Catriona is a bright house and the space gives you a relaxed setting. The house is nicely set off with wooden flooring in the sitting room and upstairs to the upper floor. The kitchen opens out to the front of the house through French windows and from the hallway there is the small conservatory that opens out to the garden area. Catriona has central heating throughout.

  • One large twin/double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and views to front of house.
  • Two twin/double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes.
  • Bathroom with shower over bath.

Garden

  • The front garden area is grassed with a boulder flower border and a paved area with seating.
  • There is ample parking and a grassed washing line area to the rear of the house.
