    A good Indian restaurant and take away – you can tell by the length of time it takes to cook.

    A friendly family business and seems busy every night. Serves great pizza and pasta dishes. The Salami and black olives pizza is a favourite.

Berwickshire

    The Cedar Café is situated off the A1 and very popular with truck drivers as well as locals. It serves good food at a fair price.

Shops

There are a range of shops in Dunbar on the High Street – good local bakers - Smiths, delicatessens - The Food Hamper, fish shop, butchers, fruit and vegetables sold at the Crunchie Carrot. And a Co-op supermarket. There is a larger supermarket in Haddington - Tescos and a Morrison’s supermarket just north of Berwick upon Tweed.

    Good quality butcher for all cuts of meat. You can call and order.
