Our Accommodation, luxury houses situated on the East Coast of the Scottish Borders.
We are near the village of Cockburnspath on the stunning, east coast of the Scottish Borders and close to the neighbouring county of East Lothian which is famous for its world class golf courses and clean beaches. And Edinburgh, the capital city of Scotland is only 50 minutes drive and Newcastle is only an hour away.
Red Gauntlet
Sleeps: 10 people
A beautiful traditional, red sandstone, newly built house (2001) with spacious rooms that will give you a relaxed, comfortable home for your holiday break. This house is ideal for adult groups because of the size of the bedrooms. The house is heated by under floor heating.

The Farmhouse
Sleeps: 10 people
This is the original farmhouse and inside you will enjoy the space of a good sized dining room able to sit 12 people, comfortable sitting room with open fire and traditional kitchen with Stanley range making it perfect for large family breaks and special occasions. The real selling point of this house is the walled garden - a large grassed area with a sheltered barbeque area and seating. The Farmhouse has central heating throughout.

Catriona
Sleeps: 6 people
This is a 3 twin/double bedroom house with lots of character. It was part of the old steading and rebuilding started in 1997. Catriona is a bright house and the space gives you a relaxed setting. The house is nicely set off with wooden flooring in the sitting room and upstairs to the upper floor. The kitchen opens out to the front of the house through French windows and from the hallway there is the small conservatory that opens out to the garden area. Catriona has central heating throughout.

Check in time is from 3pm on day of arrival. Check out time 10am on day of departure.
